Our first bag packing event at Tesco (Ocotal Way) on Sunday 4th March was a great success, helping us to raise a total of £907.96!
A massive thank you to Michelle Hobbs & Sharon, our amazing Tesco Champions for helping so much from beginning to end.
Michelle also put £60 from Tesco into one of our buckets and has offered us another bag packing event in the future.
Tesco staff were all amazing, they made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Tesco Champions are incredible!
All volunteers were absolutely amazing. Without them this event would not have been possible!
Thank you to everyone who gave up some, or all, of their Sunday to help out!
Another enormous thank you goes to our beautiful Events Manager, Heather Hawkins, who has worked tirelessly on top of family commitments and her own business.
Heather is an absolute star and the amount of work she does behind the scenes for Swindon Homeless Volunteers is incredible!

What happens to the money?
All money raised at events goes into the Swindon Homeless Volunteers fund bank account (not a personal account).
All accommodation receipts, treasurers report and audited accounts will be available to view if requested.
